These terms cover your use of Anti Screen Time on iPhone and Android. We've kept them short and readable. By using the app, you agree to them.

Anti Screen Time (“we”, “us”) is an app that paces the apps you choose. You hold to start a session, and when the session limit is reached those apps rest for a while. Daily routines, like Calm Morning and Peaceful Night, keep the same rhythm through your day. In family mode, a parent can set the pace for their child's phone and see their child's session activity and screen-time totals.
Anti Screen Time is a self-control and parental tool. It relies on the controls that Apple and Google make available on your device, and it can't promise to block or pause every app, every time.
You can use Anti Screen Time for yourself without an account. Family mode needs a parent account, created with Sign in with Apple on iPhone or Sign in with Google on Android.
How we handle account information is described in our privacy policy.
Anti Screen Time offers premium features as a monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.
Purchases are billed and processed by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play, using the account you buy with. Their terms apply to the payment itself.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
If you start a free trial, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
Lifetime is a one-time purchase that unlocks premium for as long as Anti Screen Time is offered. It doesn't renew.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their own policies. We can't issue refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases directly.
Please use Anti Screen Time as it's intended. Don't:
You can stop using Anti Screen Time at any time. A parent can delete their family account in the app or by email — see how to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Anti Screen Time is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will block or pause every app.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, Anti Screen Time. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Anti Screen Time in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
If we change these terms, we'll post the updated version here with a new date. If you keep using Anti Screen Time after a change, you accept the updated terms.
